Our modern & spacious house (150 square meters of living space) in the eastern part of Hamburg (20 minutes to the HH main station) is the ideal starting point for city sightseeing in Hamburg as well as spontaneous beach trips to the Baltic Sea, which you can easily reach in 40 minutes by car.

The modern building is surrounded by a well-maintained garden featuring green lawns and terrace spaces. Roof terraces are visible, enhancing the outdoor experience. This architectural design incorporates large windows, allowing natural light to fill the interior while providing views of the surrounding area.

Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

Beautiful, sunny apartment in the heart of Hamburg, situated in a quiet back street. Near to the city-centre, an ideal base to explore the whole city. Pleasant neighbours. Our spacious flat in this vibrant and exciting area of Hamburg is more than just a place to stay - it offers a unique experience in a converted old school. The morning starts with a delicious cappuccino from our portafilter mashie and the sunrise on the east side. Thanks to the direct access to the roof terrace, you can also admire the sunset on the other side & if you're cold afterwards, the fireplace is sure to warm you up again.
