“Everything was clean and pleasant. One should note the tip for the trip to Amsterdam and take the bicycles to the Matterhon stop (over the bridge). From there you can travel with the Amsterdam ticket. The accommodation was a bit smaller than expected but ideal for two people and for the fact that it was basically only one room, very well distributed and designed. We found a lot of equipment in the kitchen, so we hardly ate outside but preferred to cook. The lounge by the water is perfect for relaxing and taking a deep breath after a long day in Amsterdam. If we were to go to Amsterdam again, we would choose this property again. All in all, the price-performance ratio is optimal. The hosts really respond VERY quickly to questions etc.”
Be our new guests in our super cool and classic 1882 house! We open up our house for travelers visiting Amsterdam and we think that's how a bed and breakfast should be. Note: The stairs will be steep and narrow, the house is over 130 years old
“Stevie is a super outgoing, helpful, resourceful host, I can't recommend her enough! You can ask her pretty much anything, and she's great for providing recommendations. The place is conveniently located, and the city is super small, so you can walk/bike most places. I'd say this place is best for adventurous travelers and back packers, people focused on doing cool shtuff more than people wanting to spend a lot of time in their room. The bedroom is a bit cramped, and there is some kindergarten noise, so you'll probably want to get up early and go enjoy the city. The musical instruments and the stage at the apartment are pretty sweet though if you're a fellow musician :) ”
