Many unusual things, like a popcorn machine, open-fire-place in your bedroom, an indoor terrace, etc. Some pictures may give the impression as if they are taken outside the house in a cozy street, or in the garden, but that's really just the decoration of the living room.

Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house. Guarantee of cleanliness and comfort for you. From 2022-23 nature park is the city beach promenade available only 3-4 minutes walk from the house.

The flat is one large space of 140m2. Upon arrival, you will come up with the spiral staircase and immediately approach the wonderful Private Rooftop Terrace of 100m2 with built-in Jacuzzi. The house is American relaxed furnished ; think of chesterfield sofas and a large beamer with good sound system. The kitchen is spacious and has utensils and standard utensils.
