Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former shop at the ski area. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, fair and the city are very quickly accessible. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement. We often use the loft area as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families, but also for business travelers.
