Schauspielhaus (theatre) and Lange Reihe (shops and restaurants) are only a few meters away. Built in 1900, the 70 sqm flat features a beautiful old wooden floor and high ceilings, a bath tub, central heating and even a tiny balcony with sunshine in the morning. The place is ideal for solo travelers, for couples only if they are comfortable with the 140x200cm sofabed size.

The flat (100 qm) is in an old traditional building with two sleeping rooms with double beds and a lovely living room with a comfortable double sofa sleeper.
