The apartment is located centrally between the trendy districts of Schanze, St. Pauli and Altona. You can walk easily to the hip areas as well as the convention center. The beautiful trees of the Wohlers-Park directly behind the house give a peaceful and luscious view from the large balcony, where you can hang on the couch or have breakfast at the table in summer. The apartment is very bright, with morning sun on the balcony and living room side and afternoon sun in the bedroom.

We built the house in 2019 and live on the ground floor with our 3 children. We offer our guest room with a separate entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The house is located directly at the beautiful Jenischpark and close to the river Elbe. Bus, train and ferry can be reached within 2-15 walking minutes.
