We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

On our farm you will find everything for quiet days in the countryside. There is an organic village shop with a café, a barrel sauna and nature right outside the door. Yoga classes are held four times a week – ideal for strengthening the body and mind. A parking space and an electric charging station are provided. We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

It is the perfect destination for holiday or business traveler(2 desks available)and everyone can enjoy the 1.600 square meters garden, outdoor pool (May 1st-Sept. 1st),sauna,hot tub,infrared cabin.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The cozy detached house Tropica (72 square meters) invites you to switch off and linger. In addition to a high-quality kitchen, it is characterized by its attention to detail. There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. The garden supports the comfort with a heated hot tub, the barbecue area with a Weber grill and the 85 sqm play-fun fitness center with training equipment and entertainment. Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
