Idyllic forest and hiking trails as well as the Ruhr Valley cycle path are right outside the front door. The cozy apartment is located in the basement with direct access to the large covered terrace and views of the paradisiacal Ruhr Valley. The 45 m² cozy apartment is modern and newly furnished. From the kitchen table you can look directly through the floor-to-ceiling window into the garden and to the Ruhr.

My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you don't mind climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau.
