My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you don't mind climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

Comfortable fully equipped approx. 64 sqm new apartment (06/2019) in the middle of the World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley for 2 persons (max. 4 persons), with own access, parking space and bicycle parking spaces, directly on the Rheinburgenweg, train station and ferry in Niederheimbach (900m) easily accessible, ideal for hikes on both sides of the Rhine, per night 100 - 125 €, for two persons, each additional person 50 €. Not suitable for children under six to 8 years.

The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

The idyllic landscape offers an incentive to linger relaxing and a variety of opportunities for sports activities (hiking, cycling, horseback riding, kite flying, canoeing/kayaking on Bröl and Sieg in every season).

Beautiful studio in the Siebengebirge

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Completed in 2022, the Sunshine vacation home invites you to relax and unwind at the highest level in the Spirit of Deer apartment. The apartment is characterized by a high standard of amenities, plenty of space and a pleasant harmonious atmosphere in a preferred location. The pedestrian zone is a 10-15 minute walk away and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. A garage parking space is always at the disposal of guests.

A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
