Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Detached tiny house on steel supports in the middle of the horse pond directly in front of the listed Hexenburg castle. Three-sided terrace with barbecue, surrounded by paddocks and the Hexenburg riding facility in the immediate vicinity. The house offers all the necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and of course its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Möwe1 is a floating cottage on a concrete swimming body. It combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical requirements and delicacies in modern design. With its exclusive facilities, it meets the higher demands of a spacious holiday home and offers plenty of space for an extraordinary maritime family holiday up to 6 people on 2 floors. Living/sleeping rooms between the ground floor and upper floor are separated only by an open staircase (without door).

Spree apartment JULIA houseboat with fireplace

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with all that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating provide cozy warmth even on cold days. The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

Zen trifft den Horizont. Im Ausbau wurde auf ein Zusammenspiel von Design, Funktionalität, Ökonomie und Ökologie ein besonderes Augenmerk gelegt. Zen bezieht sich auf die buddhistische Lehre des Erlebens des Momentes. Im Zen wird wert daraufgelegt, dass das Innen und Außen verschmelzen. Horizen ist Synonym für den erweiterten Horizon durch ZEN. Genau der richtige Ort, um die Zeit zu vergessen, zu genießen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Perfect location in the sea of the Mosel with views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15 meter long boat and the equipment are very high quality. On the 50 sqm roof terrace there is a large lounge with canopy and privacy screens. Furthermore, a generous seating set. The houseboat was washed in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included

Relax on the houseboat. Enjoy the sunshine on the upper deck, watching swans and ships through the panoramic window at breakfast. Conjure up a delicious dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy a glass of Moselle wine. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails along the Moselle await you! Attention: Boat is located between mid-November and the end of February in the harbor in the first row with Moselle view (see pictures).

Experience an unforgettable getaway on our exclusive houseboat "LEE", which is perfect for couples. This boat has a cozy bedroom, infrared sauna, and a living area with fireplace that creates a special feel-good atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your stay. At the terrace you can relax and have breakfast in the morning. The roof terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

Quaint houseboat with large jetty

In the middle of the city, and yet surrounded by nature! Here in the wooden harbor you are relatively quiet. This also allows for carefree paddling, swimming, feeding ducks. You sleep either in the bunk (140x200), or on the sofa bed (180x200) in the living room. Or with more than 2 guests both. You are welcome to use a dinghy, sup and raft! A seating area invites you to grill..

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
