On the first floor, there is the kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living room and a bedroom with two separate beds. The attic is open with a living and working area, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is a spacious balcony to the south side and with a view of the Weser.

If necessary and for larger groups, several apartments with up to 20 beds are available. Prices depend on the number of people and over.
