The house "Jan am Strand" is located directly in the 1st row, 200 meters from the beach, in the Döse district. The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults and one child. The apartment has a living room with a south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, a dining area and a TV. It also has a fully equipped modern kitchen. Towels and linens can be provided at an extra charge. Cars up to 1.48 m can be parked in the underground garage.

The spacious living and dining area as well as the fully equipped fitted kitchen offer enough space for families with 2 children or up to 4 adults. The vacation rental is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 square meter apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per pet.
