Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

A traditional thatched-roof house features a distinctive timber-framed facade with red brick and white panels. The entrance is highlighted by a green door adorned with decorative elements. A wooden bench and various potted plants enhance the welcoming appeal of the exterior.

Ideal for couples!The house on the dike is located directly on the beautiful Weser beach opposite "Harriersand," the longest river island in Europe. This can be easily reached by passenger ferry in summer. The surrounding area invites you to take walks, bike tours, kayak tours and swim. The location is an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to Bremen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, the North Sea, etc.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to transit travelers or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dike. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Bed linen and towels included 3 bicycles (adults) + 1 children 20 inches can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transport can be reached in a short distance. The garden in the southwest offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxation hanging swing

Located on the 1st floor, the apartment has a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, free parking and a separate entrance A cozy place can be found in the 2000m² outdoor area to linger. The North Sea can be reached in about 20 minutes by car and the Weserstrand in 10 minutes by car.

Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.
