Wunderschönes großes, liebevoll eingerichtetes 1-Zimmer-Studio (35m²) mit großer Küchenzeile und Bad für 2 erwachsene Personen ohne Kinder/Babys in ruhiger Lage direkt an der Nordsee und dem Grünstrand von Altenbruch. Unser Haus liegt in einem parkähnlichen Garten von 7.000m² und ist umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern. Abseits vom Touristenrummel kann man hier wunderbar seine Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. Der Sandstrand ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad sind es ca. 30 Min.

The top floor balcony offers a view on the lively bi-weekly market place. Completely equipped for longer stays, a week long business trip or just a perfect weekend get away. Kids and dogs can play in the nearby parks. The space is fully equipped for babies to toddler.

Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

Die schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt gegenüber vom Wernerwald. Durch den Wernerwald geht ein sehr schöner Wanderweg zum Strand. Sie erreichen den Strand nach ca. 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, Duschbad und Flur. Der Garten kann mit genutzt werden. Wichtig es ist Hausnummer 81!!!! Nicht wie angegeben 80!
