With lovingly designed and high-quality furnishings, it is an ideal starting point for hikes in the forest and moor and at the numerous moor lakes and for bird and wildlife watching. MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (about 100 square meters) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, among other things, on the water of a Siels. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea.
