The condo does come with WiFi, a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic bed with a 55” 4K smart Tv in the bed room and living room. Like coffee? Well we have a keurig and as well located next door to Star-bucks. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.

The building has an elevator and security guard, Sticky Fingers and Sully’s Bagel shop. A truly great place to stay if you want to experience downtown living. This a perfect place for those remodeling or moving!
