“Leafe and Kat’s place was absolutely wonderful. The place itself was so cute and decorated so beautifully staying true to the whole mid century vibe. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was immaculately clean. At first glance we were a bit concerned we wouldn’t have everything we needed to cook in, but Leafe and Kat have thought of EVERYTHING. Once at their place we didn’t leave except to go into Joshua Tree Park. We loved the yard and spent every night in the hot tub staring at the stars. They were also very quick to respond and had so many local tips too. We’ve stayed at other super host’s places and Leafe and Kat really go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Leafe & Kat were amazing hosts! They’re very responsive to your questions and are constantly checking in with you to make sure everything is going smoothly. The cabin was a great getaway location, equipped with just about everything you’ll need for a few nights’ stay. All you need to bring is food and basic toiletries, but if you are missing something there is always the Dollar General nearby. Once you’re stocked up, the cabin sets you up perfectly for kicking back and taking in everything that the Joshua Tree area has to offer :) One thing to note is that you’ll have to drive on some slightly bumpy dirt roads to get to the cabin - nothing a sedan can’t handle, but I would be cautious of any dips in the road. Overall, would definitely recommend!”

“One of the cutest and truly unique homes my husband and I have ever stayed in our travels. It definitely met our expectations of wanting to be isolated and enjoy the beauty of being in the desert. The Dome is clean, charming, and comfortable. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom where fully equipped with all the amenities needed when you are away, it truly was “The Dome away from Home”. We do plan to return to the Dome house when visiting Joshua Tree. Thank you Kathrin and Brian for this desert gem!”
