“What a hidden gem! My husband, dog, and I were in town for hiking, the Great Smoky Mountains, and everything outdoors! The cabin was a PERFECT location to everything we came to TN to do! It is a great location to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg too if you are doing the sites. As mentioned in some of the other reviews their is a one lane bridge and ascent to the cabin is steep. Reading these reviews before booking made me question whether this cabin was right for me as I am afraid of heights, but I am SO GLAD I didn’t shy away. The one lane bridge goes over a drying out creek and is not that high. It does have small bumper type rails on it (not sure if those were there when the reviewer I read posted hers). The 1 mile journey to the cabin is steep but it is really not bad. The first time it surprised us a little bit but honestly we never gave it a second thought after that and we went up and down twice a day every day. There wasn’t much traffic on the road to the cabin and if we did pass everyone was super mindful to give way appropriately. The steps to the cabin were as reported, great for us, but would not be for someone with mobility issues. The cabin was AMAZING. Two great porches that looked out in two different directions. Private, quiet for us. We cooked in every night nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. We also made trail lunches and ate breakfast so we were in the kitchen quite a bit. The bed was comfy and the hot tub WONDERFUL! We loved the cooler evenings, the sound of the wind and rain in the trees and on the roof, just a lovely place to spend some time regardless of your purpose. It would be a great place to be without going anywhere. Goran was great answering questions before our trip and aa few we had during. We highly recommend and hope to be back again next year!”

“If you want a private, clean, secluded, relaxing cabin, this cabin is for you! We were surprised by how busy of a town Gatlinburg was, so we were very pleased with the getaway to our cabin. You can’t see neighbors, you have the best view, the bed was comfortable, wi-fi worked great, and Paula was very responsive to any questions! Plus- it’s not far from town so convenient, yet secluded! Great honeymoon spot!”

“Judith’s cabin is a great place to stay when visiting the Smoky’s. A small cabin nestled in the trees just minutes from the main road. The back deck was our favorite spot as it was perfect for relaxing and watching the fireflies in the evening. Judith was kind enough to let us know we forgot some things in the cabin and allowed us to stop back by to retrieve them on the way out. Would definitely recommend to anyone if in the area.”
