The nicest summer house a few meters from the sea

Cottage for rent We have decided to rent out our beautiful cottage located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a permanent connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the cottage is the tourist ferry Helge, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of a kitchen-dining-living room, 1 bathroom, entrance, bedroom, children's room and a rest area with a sofa bed. Large south-facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. In fact, there are only 10 meters down to your own beach and your own jetty, from which you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect stones and play, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, you can enjoy a shower under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view of Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). At sea, there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, porpoises and seals are seen. Everywhere is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only birdsong to break the silence. There are large forests a walk away. If you are interested in fishing, you can catch flatfish, trout, etc. from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that can be borrowed. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a beautiful Finnish sauna in wood, built by real Finns who even brought wood and a stove from Finland. Enjoy a dip in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family of max. 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We have no TV, but lots of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heat, in addition to a wood pellet stove. The price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked on arrival and departure and paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or in cash. Everything must be cleaned up/emptied and then cleaned by a cleaning company.

Beautiful view of Svendborgsund

Get close to the water and enjoy the beautiful view and direct access to Svendborgsund. Here, a newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor is rented out — near Svendborg Centrum, Øhavsstien and much more. The apartment has a private entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x bedrooms with double beds, toilet & bath. Possibility of extra bed in the living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the sound, there is also the possibility of sitting outside and possibly lighting up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful Labrador) on the ground floor.

Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

Brechthuset (Berthol Brecht lived and worked here) as the closest neighbor. Waves from Ærø and Skarø-Drejø ferries. 3 minutes to the small idyllic Tankefuldskoven and city bus. Studio of 32 m² Large bright living room with beds, sofa and dining table, own small kitchen, bathroom with toilet, shower and hot tub. Furnished terrace facing the sound.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun overlooking the beach and swimming pier. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.
