The vacation home has ocean views from all rooms. With room for 3 people, the house is well furnished with a kitchen/dining room in connection with the living room. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove and oven. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The living room has a wood-burning stove and direct access to a south-facing wooden terrace overlooking the sea towards Thurø and Langeland. The terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Associated bathing jetty. Beds are distributed with a sofa bed and a 1.5-person bed. Families with children are not wanted.

Get close to the water and enjoy the beautiful view and direct access to Svendborgsund. Here, a newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor is rented out — near Svendborg Centrum, Øhavsstien and much more. The apartment has a private entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x bedrooms with double beds, toilet & bath. Possibility of extra bed in the living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the sound, there is also the possibility of sitting outside and possibly lighting up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful Labrador) on the ground floor.

A few minutes to Gambøt harbor with the characteristic fishing huts and the steep places for the fishermen's nets. The house is within cycling distance of the town's best baker and the Smørmosen with a beach and Denmark's most beautiful miniature golf course.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed with room for two. In front of the apartment on the porch, there is the opportunity to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.
