The nicest summer house a few meters from the sea

Cottage for rent We have decided to rent out our beautiful cottage located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a permanent connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the cottage is the tourist ferry Helge, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of a kitchen-dining-living room, 1 bathroom, entrance, bedroom, children's room and a rest area with a sofa bed. Large south-facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. In fact, there are only 10 meters down to your own beach and your own jetty, from which you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect stones and play, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, you can enjoy a shower under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view of Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). At sea, there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, porpoises and seals are seen. Everywhere is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only birdsong to break the silence. There are large forests a walk away. If you are interested in fishing, you can catch flatfish, trout, etc. from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that can be borrowed. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a beautiful Finnish sauna in wood, built by real Finns who even brought wood and a stove from Finland. Enjoy a dip in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family of max. 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We have no TV, but lots of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heat, in addition to a wood pellet stove. The price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked on arrival and departure and paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or in cash. Everything must be cleaned up/emptied and then cleaned by a cleaning company.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Wonderful house in lovely surroundings.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. tenants have the whole house and garden to themselves. There is space for 6 cars. Parking is free. Dogs welcome. Egeskov castle, Gorilla climb park. The forest hugger Denmark's best mtb track. Zoo and many other things nearby. Many great bathing beaches within 15 minutes by car. Baker, shopping, butcher, pizza, and florist within walking distance. 30 minutes. By car to Odense city center. 12 minutes to Svendborg. 500 meters to the train station. Craftspeople welcome.

Note: no dishwasher. Both bedrooms in aligned calm colors with good double beds and down comforters/pillows. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Bedding and towels available. The apartment is located in cozy part of the city, close to several local eateries and the harbor. Beach -25 min walk along water.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home, which contains two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room with visible rooster bands, a living room with TV, plus a bathroom/toilet and a private entrance. Towels and linens are included. Located on the 1st floor of a nice, older home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the harbor and downtown as well as a nice beach.
