Exceptionally nice apartment near beach about 10 min walk, cozy harbor environment 5 min walk, city center 5 min walk, beautiful good cycling routes on the archipelago path. Incidentally, experience Egeskov Castle, Svendborg city, sea kayak in the South Funen archipelago, horseback riding on Svanninge hills, MTB in the “backyard” and a sea of hikes. In addition, the opportunity to enjoy Svendborg's large selection of restaurants and cafes and shopping.

Newly renovated holiday apartment of 90 m2. Suitable for 5 people. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of "Skipperhuset Lundeborg", which is a large holiday apartment. It's beautifully decorated, inspired by the old bath hotels, with striped wallpaper, straw hats, and natural materials. The nicest beach is right outside the door next to the harbor, with yachts, ice cream houses, restaurants, and music. Possibility of 2 extra beds in the living room. Just across from the apartment is the Old Grocery Store, with a large selection.

Short distance to the water in all directions. Private terrace with evening sun and barbecue. Perfect for anglers. Thurø and the surrounding area have some of Denmark's best Sea trout water. Close to beautiful trails along the water all the way to Svendborg's rich cultural life. Only 3 km to Smørmosen beach (top 5 in DK) or to Svendborg MTB tracks in Hallingskoven.

In the apartment in Nowhuset you get available over a large living room with reclining chairs, sofa, TV and workspace for two and a bedroom with a wide double bed (can be separated into two single beds). In addition, your own modern kitchen with bar, dining area, stove and dishwasher as well as a toilet and newly renovated bathroom in the basement, which you also have to yourself - access to washing machine and dryer as well as access to 2 small terraces.

The house in the protected city of Tranekær is worthy of preservation. It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary barbecue in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cabinets, flat screen 55”, Langeland has a golf course, hiking, art, galleries, lovely beaches and the wildest nature.
