The house: 2 bedrooms + annex, well-equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove and large wooden terraces. Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

Large terrace with barbecue. In the secluded courtyard environment, there is access to a room with a bed (140x200 cm), closet space, electric radiator. There is a secluded outdoor shower. In the garden house, there is a daybed, table with chairs.

Thurø is connected by bridge to Svendborg.

The guesthouse is located on the Øhavsstien, which is one of Denmark's most beautiful and longest hiking trails. The house is also located on the Manor Route: Svendborg - Faarborg-apen. It is 4 km to the beach and 4 km to Svendborg. You can quickly get to the cozy city atmosphere, while always having the peace and quiet of nature at your fingertips. Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Serviced apartment close to Rudkøbing. Private entrance

This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.

Cozy older apartment of 55 sqm located in the middle of charming Thurø with short distance to the water in all directions. The apartment, which is located on the ground floor, has a nice private courtyard. Here you can enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is well-stocked with kitchen utensils, good pots, etc. The home is located in a nice old cinema consisting of two floors. There is free parking outside the courtyard and check-in is via lockbox.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

Modern small home in Svendborg city

Bright and spacious annex - even if it's only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably secluded. Note: There is hot water, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.
