The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Back to the roots - life like in the 70s! This stylish studio in the center of Essen leaves nothing to be desired. Centrally located in the district of Holsterhausen, you can walk to both the main station, the trendy district of Rüttenscheid or the Essen exhibition center. The 45 m² apartment has a large, light-flooded living room with sofa-bed and separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed. In addition to the large kitchen and daylight bathroom, the absolute highlight is the small loggia.

The bright and friendly apartment is quietly located in the beautiful Rüttenscheider Mädchenviertel. The Messe Essen and the Folkwang Museum are within 5 minutes' walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, the "Rü" beckons with its diverse range of restaurants, bars and clubs – there is something for everyone. Despite the late evening hustle and bustle on the weekend on the "Rü", the studio is very quiet and you can hardly believe that you are in the middle of the action.

Our freshly renovated and light-flooded apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city. From here you can reach the city centre, Messe Essen and the clinic in only a few minutes (by car). The apartment offers you a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area overlooking the sunny balcony. The cosy living room/bedroom has Smart-TV, WLAN & your own Netflix + Amazon Prime Account! We are also happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair! :)

Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom
We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery...
