Wir vermieten ein 2019 renoviertes Apartment im Dachgechoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Das Haus ist aus den 20er Jahren und beherbergte damals Arbeiter einer Kruppfabrik. Uns war es bei der Renovierung des Hauses und auch bei der Dachbodenrenovierung wichtig, den alten Charakter des Hauses zu erhalten und mit modernen Elementen zu ergänzen. Die Siedlung Heimaterde steht unter Denkmalschutz , wodurch der einheitliche Charakter mit den schönen Gärten weitestgehend erhalten geblieben ist.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.
