The “Lister Meile” shopping street with supermarkets, drugstores, many small shops and cafes is only about 150m away. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station and about a 15-minute walk to the main train station and city center. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people, with a fully equipped kitchen-living room and bedroom with a 160cm double bed.

Next to a small hallway with shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NO fully equipped kitchen) with sink. A folding sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-height partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
