Hallo My apartment is very central .well located to get the tube to the fairs ( 5 minute walk) 15 min drive to the fairground. If you want to go downtown you can walk 10 min or take the tube. Restaurants and supermarkets are around. My apt is very central.The train can be reached in 5 minutes, to the fair takes about 15 min.In 15 min walk you reach the city center, you can of course also take the train (2 stations).In the area there are supermarkets and nice restaurants.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, which is right on the edge of the forest. Beautiful hiking trails and the beautiful Aller cycle path lead past the house. In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

A cozy non-smoking apartment awaits you in Hildesheim's Südstadt. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a basically quiet 4-family house - but it is a normal house with everyday life in and around it. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need and leaves room for what you bring yourself. If something is still missing: we have a good house community :-)

The airport is 10 minutes away by car. 2 restaurants are very close. Internet access is available. A key safe is available to guests, so a flexible arrival is possible. Dogs are welcome.
