The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and offers a double room, a cozy kitchen and a bathroom with shower tub, a large living room with 2 travel beds. Groß Lafferde is located directly on the B1 between Hildesheim and Braunschweig, Salzgitter. There are butchers and bakeries in the village, doctor's and dentist's offices are available as well as a local supplier about 2 km away.

The A2 can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The place is close to Hannover Messe, Laatzen, Hanover City. Parking is available free of charge. The fair takes about 15 minutes by car (16 km). Hanover Central Station is 22 minutes away from Bennigsen (1.4 km away). From Lüdersen it is 5 minutes by bus to Bennigsen and then 22 minutes to Hanover. From there it is still 20 minutes by train to the fairgrounds.

I love my cozy, warm and lovingly furnished apartment. When I look out the window, I look directly at a wonderful place with trees, benches, playground cafes and small stores. Then I feel a little like in Paris.
