The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster. A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

The detached guesthouse "Erna" is located in a quiet, rear location on the left side of a large property in a cul-de-sac location – ideal for couples, small families or travelers with pets. Our small vacation home is very quiet and yet conveniently located on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. There are 2 living rooms without TV. The 1.40 m wide double bed is on the gallery. There is also 1 shower room and a pantry kitchen with 2-burner electric stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Our house is in the immediate vicinity, so we will certainly meet often. If questions arise, just ring the doorbell or call.
