Own entrance, terrace, garden, car park in the forecourt. Location in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wentorf. From here you can quickly get to Bergedorf (15'), Hamburg-City (30'), Lauenburg, Ratzeburg or Lüneburg (40' each). Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

Cozy chic 2BHK 30min from Hamburg!

Welcome to this wonderfully cosy place, that we proudly call our home. We're located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, dotted with classic red brick houses (Backsteinhäuser) on either side of the road. While the calm surroundings ensure a good night's sleep, you are only 5 min to the nearest grocery store (Lidl) 5 min to the bus stop 15 min to the Old Town (Altstadt) 20 min to the railway station (Bahnhof) and the big, bold and beautiful city of Hamburg is a mere 30 min drive away!

A modern kitchen area is presented, featuring a dining table with chairs and a cozy bench. Natural light highlights the clean lines of cabinetry and appliances. A potted plant and fresh fruit add a touch of vibrancy to the space.

Das Haus Weitblick befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft zu unserem „Blauen Haus“. Es gibt 2 Ferienwohnungen und separat im Garten ein kuscheliges Blockbohlenhaus. Und einen Schlafstrandkorb!! Das herrlich gelegene Grundstück mit großem Garten grenzt direkt an Felder und Koppel. Zu den Wohnungen gehört jeweils eine separate möblierte Terrasse. Die Sauna (gegen Gebühr) befindet sich im "Blauen Haus". Frühstück bieten wir im Frühstücksraum vom "Blauen Haus" auf Anfrage an.

The slightly different apartment

Our small, fine apartment on the 2nd floor is well suited for 2 people. Due to the pent roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area, you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchen corner with 2 plates ceramic hob and fridge. A parking lot is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

A neatly made single bed features a textured headboard in teal, complemented by soft white linens and a light beige throw. A small side table holds a decorative plant, while natural light filters through sheer curtains, creating a calming environment.
