New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming annexe gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. The cabin is 56 m2 and contains entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, family room/living room as well as two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping places. On beautiful natural ground, withdrawn from the road is our cozy summer house. Fully modernized with new kitchen, bathroom, roof and facade. There is also a wooden terrace to the south and west, where you can enjoy the morning sun, the midday sun and the evening sun. The house has a heat pump that can easily keep the house warm.
