The cozily furnished house half for 4 people is located directly on the dyke (300 m) and thus within walking distance of the beach. The house is built in bungalow style and has about 65 square meters of living space. The entire area of the property is about 500 sqm. There is a nice fireplace in the living room, which invites you in the cold season. All rooms are at ground level. The spacious garden with large terrace, beach chair, garden furniture and a beautiful barbecue fireplace invites you to linger.

Here you are surrounded by a magnificent landscape, ideally suited for long hikes and bike tours. Electricity costs will be billed according to consumption and will be due at the property. At the moment, the electricity price is 52.9 ct/kWh.

Villa relaxation

The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.

Our house is uniquely located between the Kiel Fjord, the Kitzeberg Forest and the golf course. There is a lot to discover in terms of scenery, whether on foot, by bike, or with a surfboard on the water.
