Sommerhuset ligger ud til en skøn naturgrund, hvor man fra stuen/terrassen ofte kan se rådyr og egern og samtidig er der under 200 m til svømmehal, indkøb og legeplads. It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Skov, strand og gode bakker

Fristed på 96 m2, med kreaturer, hejrekoloni og ræve som nabo. I haven er der lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 3-4 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, og fra det helt unikke spisested Falsled Kro. Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb og cykling. Øhavsstien starter ved Falsled Havn.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.
