The charming loft apartment is by a street renowned for its beauty in the Old West Side of Reykjavík, one of the oldest and most beautiful parts of the city. Great for couples! You can walk to the best parts of the city. Walking to the main street Laugavegur takes 10 minutes and takes you through the heart of the old city. The Grandi harbor area is 15 minutes away. In 5 minutes you can get to the best bakery in the city, Brauð & Co, Vesturbæjarlaug public pool, a grocery store and a local café.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. This is our guests' favourite part of Reykjavik according to independent reviews

Wonderful apartment down town with free parking

I want to welcome you to my private home while I am in Europe, cycling the Pilgrim route - EuroVelo3. It is a wonderful apartment, newly renovated with the best kitchen in Reykjavik, a double room and a double sleeping couch. From my home you walk 150 m and you are at Harpa, the concert hall in Reykjavik, National theater - 250 m. Still very quiet and good neighbors. You can use my parking in the garage and there is a elevator to take you up to the apartment.

The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower.
