Lovely bright apartment in the heart of Reykjavík

A bright appartment on the ground floor in the best location in Reykjavík with a small patio looking south and it comes with my friendly cats Sæmi and Petah for you to love. Its located close to all major supermarkets and a lot of restaurants. A swimming pool is in walking distance and a walkway along the shore with views of the mountains is mere steps away. All of Icelands scooter-rentals place their scooters all around the location and Reykjavíks downtown is a short 8 minute scooter ride.

Welcome to our home, well located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood near downtown Reykjavik offering a stunning view of the sea, mountains and sometimes the northern lights! Within a 3-minute walk you will find a supermarket that is open until midnight, a pharmacy, a bakery, a cafe, an ice cream shop, a library, a liquor store and an ATM. Also, within a short 3-minute walk from our home, there is an geothermal outdoor swimming pool, couple of playgrounds and a well-equipped gym.

Enjoy the ocean, west side charm and proximity to downtown in this newly renovated apartment. It is the ground floor of a three level residential house, my family and I live on the upper floors. An effort was made to make the spaces bright, well organized and comfortable. This place should make you feel at home and relaxed . The apartment is surrounded by a garden and gives kids access to a playground on one side of it.

Beautiful 3 bedroom semi-detached house just few minutes away from the seaside. Bright and contemporary interior, the house has a geothermal hot tub in the garden as well as a lounge area where you can watch the stars or the northern lights if you are lucky. The house is 5 km from downtown Reykjavík, so you both get the quietness from being near the sea but just few minutes drive from downtown.
