Eine charmante kleine, ältere aber renovierte Ferienwohnung im 1.Stock sie hat ca 50m2 und ein etwas kleineres Badezimmer mit Dusche, die Wohnung befindet sich am Stadtrand von Hamburg im schönen Vier und Marschlande direkt am Oortkatener See mit Surf und Bademöglichkeiten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und ein Edeka sind fußläufig in 10Minuten zu erreichen,Fahrzeit ca 40min ins Stadtzentrum,mit dem Auto in ca 20min zu erreichen.Nach Absprache können auch Waschmaschine und Trockner genutzt werden.

Neben fußläufigen Möglichkeiten die Natur (Wanderwege, Naturschutzgebiet, Strand mit Bademöglichkeit) zu genießen, sind Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 25 min. in der Innenstadt von Hamburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2min. fußläufig entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt mit einem Bäcker und ein ital. Restaurant sind ca. 1km entfernt.

Raus aufs Land! Huus Utspann wird Ihr neuer Lieblingsplatz. Es ist wie "nach Hause kommen", bestätigen die Gäste, die schon einmal in diesem gemütlichen Haus utspannt haben. Der verkehrsberuhigte Ortskern von Ramelsloh ist ruhig und liegt trotzdem verkehrsgünstig an der BAB A7 sowie an der Autobahn A1, 20 km südlich von Hamburg. Wer die Natur liebt und die schöne Stadt besuchen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der nah gelegene Badeteich mit bester Wasserqualität ist sehr beliebt bei Jung & Alt.

Peaceful Apartment-3 Zi, Loggia+Garden, Blankenese

Die moderne Ferienwohnung befindet sich im neu ausgebauten Dachgeschoss. Der Eingang ist separat über eine Stahltreppe von außen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Bus fährt eine Station bis zum S-Bahnhof Blankenese. Zu Fuß geht man 12 Minuten. Sowohl Bus als auch S-Bahn fahren alle 10 Minuten. In der Hauptverkehrszeit fährt die S-Bahn sogar alle 5 Minuten über Altona in die Innenstadt zum Hauptbahnhof und weiter zum Airport Hamburg. Parkplätze gibt es genügend auf der Straße.

Eine Wohlfühloase zentral & grüne Umgebung

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit sehr guter Anbindung: Die S-Bahn ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und führt direkt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Innenstadt und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, aber direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und zeitlich unbegrenzt auf dem Rondell verfügbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, ein Park, Spielplatz und See sind ganz in der Nähe. Freuen uns auf Euren Besuch :-)

Romantische Whg. in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Wir sind genau in der Mitte von Hamburg und Lüneburg (jeweils 20km entfernt). Sehr Zentral. Wir freuen uns auf Euch
