Beachfront vacation rental on former farm

The apartment is located in the idyllic village of Bendfeld, which captivates with its rural charm. It is easily accessible by car and offers a variety of bicycle tours through the dirt roads to the beach, lake or forest. The apartment is located south on the first floor overlooking the building garden, which offers plenty of seating, including a barbecue area. The entrance area was gutted around winter, you don't have to fear any noise during the summer, it is only further renovated in winter.

The apartment on the first floor we rent as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 beds. The lower apartment is used by ourselves on weekends or during the holidays. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished and fully equipped in Scandinavian style. Our house is especially suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

Enjoy your vacation in our small but nice apartment and just feel comfortable! Our seaside parlour is looking forward to a maximum of 2 adults + 1 infant (travel cot + high chair are free). Pets are not allowed; it is a non-smoking apartment. On about 20 square meters you will find your home home away from home. The sights of Neustadt are in walking distance: center + inland waters (600 m), harbor (1 km), beach bath (2 km). Bikes can be booked on site.

Beautiful bright attic apartment in the old town of Schwerin

Enjoy the simple life of this quiet and centrally located place. The apartment is located in the attic. It has an open small kitchen with stove/oven, fridge with frozen food compartment, dishwasher and a Tassimo In the bedroom you sleep on a cozy box spring bed. In a few minutes walk you are in the city center/DB train station. The apartment also includes a well-kept garden and a lockable cellar for bicycles, which can be accessed via the staircase.

The lovingly designed apartment is situated in a quiet residential area in Neustadt. In the attic there is one double bed and on the ground floor the well-known Hemnes guest bed. The apartment has a green garden, two terraces with beach chair and also a surf and bike shed with things you can use. There is no tv in the sea, but there is a beamer, but a projector if you want to watch something on vacation. Welcome to the beach !

This bright, air-conditioned apartment with spacious south-facing terrace is on the 2.5th floor and is reached via stairs. The decor is decorated in a Scandinavian style, with design furniture, junk pearls, and original floorboards. Crib and high chair are available. The old town can be reached in a few minutes by foot, as is the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, the Wakenitz, pizzeria, bakery, weekly market, supermarket and organic shop.
