Our 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment is fully equipped for 4 guests. Located right by the sea, on the upper floor of a 100-year-old thatched-roof house, it offers 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a 1970s design. There are no neighbors; on the ground floor, there is the “Klabautermann” restaurant, a sauna (for a fee), and a secluded outdoor area with a beach chair and outdoor furniture. The sound of the sea will lull you to sleep!

Our apartment is a cozy 1-room apartment near the beach (2-3 minutes walking). The sunny roof terrace is perfect for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Mobile tiny house made of wood with 8 cm of sheep wool insulation (biocide-free!), lovingly designed interior with lots of plant-oiled wood for a healthy indoor climate and harmonious light, untreated larch wood cladding, five large windows opening to the outside, running water, multimedia, loft bed with good mattresses (2x90x200 cm) and slatted frames, a small fridge and stone slab heating with room temperature control.
