Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

A modern living area is highlighted by a plush blue sofa adorned with decorative cushions. A sleek wooden coffee table is positioned in front, complemented by a shelving unit showcasing various items. Soft light enters through a window, casting gentle shadows on the wall.

The two-room apartment is located in the historic pedestrian zone of Wismar. The marketplace is within walking distance in 5 minutes. The train station is 10 minutes away and the harbor is 15 minutes away. There is a 30% discount on the Italian gastronomy in the neighboring house.

Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

My accommodation is in the middle of the historical center, the park and the "nightlife" is within walking distance. You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.
