The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

A large three-sided farm, one hectare of natural garden, a small lake, a footbridge.... ... flocks of swallows and a concert of frogs, a sea of flowers and a wildflower meadow, beautiful views of the hilly landscape, hidden spots by the pond and a cosy kitchen with a wood-burning stove.
