"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

Die 80m² große Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss einer alten Dorfschule in Wickendorf am nördlichen Stadtrand von Schwerin, 7 km bis Zentrum. Der Schweriner See ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt und für ein morgendliches Bad gut erreichbar. Die helle Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang besteht aus e i n e m großen Wohn-/Schlafzimmerbereich mit angrenzender o f f e n e r Küche und einem separaten großen Duschbad. Es gibt viel Platz für 2-3 Personen und man findet in der Wohnung immer wieder kleine künstlerische Details. Das Doppelbett hat die Maße von 2,0 x 2,0 m, ein drittes Einzelbett (normale Größe) Weitere Matratzen können vom Vermieter gestellt werden. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank (ohne Eisfach) und einem E-Herd mit Backofen. Das Auto kann auf dem hauseigenen Hof geparkt werden. Der Linienbus fährt i.d.R. stündlich innerhalb von 12 Minuten in die Stadt. Auch mit dem Rad entlang der Seen ist man in gut 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Fahrräder sowie der große, ehemalige Schulgarten können mit Absprache gerne (mit-)genutzt werden. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden. Haustiere können nach Rücksprache und Einverständnis der Vermieter mitgebracht werden.

Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

Von der Wohnung bis zur naechsten Bademoeglichkeit im Schweriner See braucht ihr 3 Minuten zu Fuss... zum Schloss gelangt ihr auf einem schoenen Uferweg in 20 Minuten und die Innenstadt ist nicht mehr viel weiter. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und schoen... es gibt einen kleinen Wald in 3 Minuten Laufentfernung. Die Wohnung ist behaglich und geraeumig (120 qm) ... es gibt noch ein zweites WC ( ohne Abb.), Ihr habt eine Terasse und koennt im Garten grillen. Heizung/Warmwasser sind garantiert.

(Etwa 5 Minuten entfernt) Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkuhren: da kann man nur von 19 bis 9:00 Uhr kostenlos parken. Der Bahnhof ist 1 km entfernt.
