Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer and walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. We DO have WiFi.

A large screened porch offers expansive views of High Rock Lake. Sliding glass doors frame the entrance, leading to a wooden deck beyond. The porch features a carpeted floor and wooden railings, providing a comfortable space to relax while enjoying nature.

Other amenities: kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, 2 guest bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, w/d and wifi. There are several fun games too! If kayaking or paddle boarding is more your speed, this is a great area of the lake to bring your lake toys and enjoy. Smoking/vaping is not permitted on this property.

Peaceful high rock lake front cottage !

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. High rock lake front very secluded area of the lake. Private pier and floating dock. We are on a shallow part of the lake at times if it’s dry enough or damns open out pier can be on the ground. 95% of them time we have good water. There are outside cameras and they are off during your stay, but if it makes you feel more comfortable, we leave the blink module in living room you can unplug during your stay just plug back in when you leave.

Amazing views from 5 stories above the lake, looking towards Uwharrie National Forest (no houses across the lake). Sunset & sunrise are a must see. Stairs lead down to dock for fishing, swimming, relaxing, & kayaking. Three bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 10 guests. The low-sloping lakefront lot leads straight to the water with a private dock and sandy beach. Paddle in the 4 kayaks, float/swim in the lake, lounge on the dock/shore, and enjoy the fire pit. Then go in and cuddle on the comfortable couches in front of the 70" 4K Smart TV before enjoying the comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and soothing sound machines.
