The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The apartment is at ground level, with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive können aber für € 15 pro Aufenthalt und pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Bitte gebt uns hierzu eine kurze Information. Die Gebühr wird vor Ort entrichtet.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!

Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende abenteurer, geschäftsreisende, familien (mit kindern) und große Gruppen. Für zusätzliche 7€ pro Person bieten wir ein vegetarisches Frühstück an.
