If you like to be close to everything in Nashville, IN while being in the middle of the woods, this is the place for you. This Cabin is about 2,500 feet from the main road and feels like the middle of the woods. Additionally, Brown County State Park is directly next to the west and north property line boundary. The property is 24 acres total, about 20 acres of mature woods. In just over 5 minutes, you can be to the north entrance of Brown County State Park or in downtown Nashville, Indiana.

Cozy up with the whole family in this lovely two-bedroom, one-bathroom home. This stay includes a king and queen bed, with a TV in each bedroom. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many local restaurants or whip up your own meal in the fully-stocked kitchen. A dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Keurig, pet bowls, and toddler dishes/utensils are included. Be sure to take advantage of the fenced-in backyard, fire pit, and gas grill. You will find a treadmill, elliptical, and weights in the garage.

The studio is in the woods so you may see or encounter wildlife including deer, opossums, raccoons, snakes, bobcats, coyotes and birds. Owner lives on property.
