Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna and Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer and walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, swing, firepit, grill and gardens. We DO have WiFi.

Peaceful high rock lake front cottage !

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. High rock lake front very secluded area of the lake. Private pier and floating dock. We are on a shallow part of the lake at times if it’s dry enough or damns open out pier can be on the ground. 95% of them time we have good water. There are outside cameras and they are off during your stay, but if it makes you feel more comfortable, we leave the blink module in living room you can unplug during your stay just plug back in when you leave.

We are five minutes from Carolina's Treetop challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Fifteen minutes to Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery- Badin Lake, and Uwharrie recreational area. Eight miles to Dennis Vineyards. Asheboro Zoo is one hour. Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—there is a pet charge of $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. (Airbnb cannot charge a "daily" pet fee) So we are asking for any difference after you book.

This 100 year old farmhouse has been completely restored for your comfort and is just waiting for your visit. An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.

Parrish Place is a one room Lake cabin built in 1954. Beautiful natural pine walls milled from trees on the family land. You will have access to the lake and Dock. Great fishing. Kayaks available to guest. Private Deck for that morning coffee overlooking the lake. New gas grill on the deck for guest to use.
