The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Constructed during the Revolution, and used as a hospital during the Civil War, this home is directly across from the visitor center, within steps of landmarks, awesome restaurants, taprooms, and shops. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend away or historic excursion. The newly constructed River Front Park sits at the rear of the property and is awesome for the little ones.

For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.

Hidden Haven is just that! A 600 square foot romantic, private, peaceful, little haven. Hidden in the woods just 6 miles outside of the Town of Orange. Open the garage door in the living area and step out on the 300 square foot screened in porch where you can relax at the firepit under the covered roof. On the porch at Hidden Haven, we like to say, "time wasted is time well spent". The romantic vibe and modern amenities make it a prefect place for a couple's getaway.

Private B&B in Historic Fan

We are looking for people who will enjoy the Historic Fan District of Richmond. The stand alone apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and renovated kitchen which has microwave, refrigerator, toaster ,and Keurig coffee machine. For our overnight guests we will provide the ingredients for a delicious breakfast: baked goods butter jams etc., 6 breakfast cereals, , fresh fruit , tea and for Keurig 10 varieties of coffee plus hot chocolate and hot apple cider.

We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.
