Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
