Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Die Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch umgeben von Weinbergen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mainufer (mit angelegten Badebuchten) direkt am Maintal Radweg. Ihre Unterkunft ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für die verschiedenen Routen des Europäischen Kulturwanderweges im ganzen Maindreieck. Nach Würzburg sind es 15km, nach Ochsenfurt ca 3km. Es gibt eine direkte Bahnverbindung in ca 500m. Die bekannte Weinregion mit den Orten Sommerhausen, Randersacker, Eibelstadt …. bietet unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten...

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Die ehemalige Dorfkirche liegt in einem 1.600 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mitten im Dorf Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Von allen Seiten umschlossen ist es ein idealer Rückzugsort, ohne „aus der Welt zu sein“. In der Morgensonne vor der Sakristei, auf der Kirchenmauer am Nachmittag oder abends unter Obstbäumen. Im unteren Turmzimmer auf der Couch, im oberen Turmzimmer – dem ehemaligen Glockenraum – beim Beobachten der Vögel. Es findet sich immer ein nettes Plätzchen.

Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος με πολύ φροντίδα και προσήλωση στις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ο κήπος με την παιδική χαρά είναι κοινόχρηστος και βρίσκεται πίσω από το διαμέρισμα ! Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
