The Hot Tub is relaxing after you tour the area & check out all the shops. Southport is worth a visit for all the quaint shops it has to offer. The Bonuses in this Ground Floor area are the Outdoor TV & the Surfboard Table & Stools. Additional seating is available in this Covered Outdoor Lounge. On the Ground Floor Level is also a ½ Bath. How convenient! In the Garage are plenty of Beach Chairs & the 6 Seat Golf Cart which allows a group to explore the area together or hit the beach. There are 2 Large Front Decks with Sprawling Views of Davis Creek’s Marshlands & the Intracoastal Waterway. The Back Decks overlook the Pool. On the Upper Level is an Open Plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area that Seamlessly Flows for family or group gatherings. The Gourmet Kitchen is Well Stocked.
