The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. We live upstairs year around and have 3 young children. Please do not book if this may cause an issue. Thank you. This first floor apartment is a clean space in a great location.
