Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Oberneuland, die nach 250 m auf den Fernradwanderweg von Bremen nach Hamburg führt. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus mit einer Wanderung oder einer Fahrradtour in die fantastische Wümme-Niederung beginnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (ca.800m), die Bushaltestelle liegt am Ende der Straße und der Bahnhof Oberneuland ist nah. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine. A small garden invites you to relax (currently still in progress). It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
