Twietens vacation home

Time out on the North Sea coast in the municipality of Stedesdorf in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, but still centrally located to Esens, Bensersiel and Neuharlingersiel. I am renting out my comfort vacation home in a rural location in Thunum, which was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2024, for 4 people from 6 years. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Additional costs, final cleaning, as well as linens and towels are included in the price. I am at your disposal for any questions.

A light-filled living area features a modern white sofa and a stylish armchair. A glass coffee table sits in front of a large television, and expansive windows offer a view of a golden field under a clear sky. Natural light enhances the serene environment.

Lavishly renovated. House "Murmel 6" in between. Carolinensiel and Herlesiel. Modern furnishings. Wi-Fi, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and separate toilet on the upper floor, vinyl floors, 2 bicycles for free use; solid wood beds, quality mattresses, adjustable slatted frames, 11 KW wallbox (against electricity bill); furnished kitchen, top location with view of the field. Quiet and stylish place. Maximum number of guests including toddlers: 4 PEOPLE Bed linen+towels optional only at a charge.

The Apartment (house half, 128 sq.m./outskirts Wüsting), surrounded by an enchanting artist garden with private entrance u. Terrace. Large eat-in kitchen & fireplace room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

Hankhausen apartment with ecological aspects. Clay plaster and terracotta tiles form the basis for a cozy apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. My partner and I live downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

Cozy "Fehnhäuschen" in Störtebeker Land

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! House with heart. It is located in the district of Minsen, about 5 km from Schillig and Horumersiel. 100 m2 living space, 1000 m2 fenced garden, walk to the sea about 1000 m. Bathing and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily reached by bike or car. Shopping and excursion destinations are numerous. It has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings are guaranteed in the securely fenced garden. Children and dogs can play in peace.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
