Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is available at all times via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for sup riding. Opposite is also the indoor games world at the holiday village of Wangerland. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Bathing and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily reached by bike or car. Shopping and excursion destinations are numerous. It has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings are guaranteed in the securely fenced garden. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
